The Challenge & Strategy
SKBC Realty was marketing premium duplexes priced at ₹2.4 crore each, but its existing Meta Ads campaigns were generating enquiries from people whose budgets didn't match the property price. The challenge wasn't generating interest—it was reaching genuine buyers.
We reworked the ad creatives and commissioned a model walkthrough video to help prospects understand the property before enquiring. Meta Instant Forms captured enquiries, while WhatsApp provided a direct route for serious prospects to start a conversation. We also refined audience targeting to focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) rather than broad property-interest audiences.
The focus shifted from generating more leads to attracting buyers with the budget and intent to purchase.
The result: ₹4.8 crore in closed sales from ₹2 lakh in ad spend, with two duplex units sold.
Interesting Facts In Development
