The Challenge & Strategy

Daily Basics was running Meta Ads at a negative return on ad spend. Traffic was reaching the website, but visitors weren't converting into purchases, and continued advertising was deepening the losses. Instead of treating this purely as a targeting problem, we focused on what happened after the click. We rebuilt the landing page and made Cash on Delivery (COD) availability visible directly on the Buy Now action, addressing a key hesitation in the purchase journey.

We also replaced the existing campaign creative with testimonial videos, allowing potential customers to see social proof before making a purchase decision.
The strategy focused on improving the conversion experience rather than simply driving more traffic.
The result: Improved from negative ROAS to 5X ROAS within six months, using the same product and audience pool.

Interesting Facts In Development
